What is Ezybidz? Ezybidz is a revolutionary SMS electronic auction bidding system. It incorporates all the great features of the traditional silent auction yet it eliminates confusion at the close of the auction, it’s a win for the buyers, a win for the event organizers and most importantly a win for the charity or group.  Ezybidz is an SMS software package developed by True Blue to streamline the auction bidding process. Bidders simply SMS their bid from their mobile phone. This system is ideal for larger functions, alleviating queues as bids can be made from anywhere, there is no need to line up to lodge your bid.   How many items does it include? The Ezybidz auction bidding leader board displays 8 - 10 auction items per page. Each page rotates every 15 seconds. We will also include any donated items you have received to the auction list. Are bid sheets necessary? Ezybidz removes the need for paper bid sheets. Bidders also have the option of placing their bids via the kiosks located at the venue. Our friendly staff will be at the venue to assist your guests. The highest SMS or kiosk bids are automatically displayed around the venue on video screens.

What equipment is needed? During the initial free consultation with True Blue we will discuss the venue of the function. Most clubs, function rooms and schools have access to large TV or Plasma  screens which are required to display the leader board. Is there a Charge? As Ezybidz consists of a high level of technology, hardware and software there may be a charge to use the SMS electronic bidding system. However this fee can be easily reduced or waved completely depending on whether True Blue are supplying items on consignment for your event. Once the clock reaches 0.00 the system will not accept anymore bids. The clock not only removes the confusion between bidders but it also entices people to bid as it creates a sense of urgency.
